Each garden room is uniquely designed and tailored to your specific needs and preferences.
Our Garden Rooms come equipped with heating, power, lighting and are fully insulated. The walls are expertly finished with plasterboard and skimmed for a polished look.
We also offer a variety of additional features, such as bifold doors or external timber decking, and look forward to discussing these with you, during your free consultation.

Based in Wakefield, Yorkshire, we are a proud family ran business.
"My working life began as an apprentice bench-hand joiner in 2007 for a small joinery manufacturer in Ossett, Wakefield. After completing my level 3 advanced apprenticeship with distinction in 2010 I became self employed and for a good 8 years, gained experience on site joinery, shop fitting and refurbishment; local and nationwide. How are bespoke garden rooms built?

Base
Foundation is key to a good build and we use a proven system involving a 40N concrete with steel adjustable m24 rods to allow us to get over any uneven land.
concrete and steel pile system - 100mm x 75mm
treated external frame work - 100mm x 50mm
treated floor joists - 100mm rigid insulation
breathable moisture barrier - 22mm moisture resistant tongue and groove flooring
Walls
C24 structural 125 x 50 timber studding
11mm OSB cladding to full structure
breathable moisture barrier wrapped around the full structure
treated battens to carry external cladding and provide air flow
western red cedar to elevations as requested
100mm rigid board insulation
12.5mm plasterboard
professionally plastered finish
skirting and architraves where required
Roof
C24 125mm x 50mm roof joists
18mm OSB roofing boards.

Windows and doors
We only use high specification aluminium doors and windows. These come in a large variety of colours to suit your requirements. All glazing is upto current building regulations and is of course double glazed and toughened where required

How much will a bespoke garden room cost me?
Every project we take on, is 100% bespoke and our quotes are dependent on what specifics that are chosen during the design process. However, as a rough guide, you would be looking at a starting price of £8,000 for a 4x4m2 garden room.
How long does the installation take?
Depending on size, we can generally get your garden room finished in one to two weeks.
