Every project is bespoke — size, finish, door style and interior configuration all affect the final figure. These are our honest guide prices so you know what to expect before we even visit.

All prices include design, manufacture in our Wakefield workshop, installation by our own team and VAT. The contracted price covers the agreed scope — if you want to add something, we discuss it upfront before proceeding.

Fitted Wardrobe Starting Prices

These figures give you an honest starting point. Your exact quote depends on the factors covered below — but these are the real numbers we work from, not inflated figures designed to be discounted later.

Small

Single Bay or Alcove

Perfect for alcoves, compact rooms or a first fitted wardrobe

£2,500 – £4,500

A single wardrobe bay or alcove installation. Includes your choice of door style, finish and a configured interior. Built to your exact dimensions — ceiling height, wall width and depth accounted for.

Medium

Full Wall or Corner

Spanning one full wall or wrapping a corner

£4,500 – £7,500

A full wall run or corner configuration with a properly designed interior — hanging rails, drawer boxes, shelving arranged around how you actually use the wardrobe. The most common bedroom project we do.

Large

Walk-In or Multi-Room

Walk-in dressing rooms, multiple runs or full bedroom schemes

£7,500 – £12,000+

Walk-in dressing rooms, L-shaped or multiple wardrobe runs, or a full bedroom scheme with matching dressing table, bedside units and window seat. Every inch designed as one cohesive piece.

Everything included. All prices cover design, manufacture and installation — there's no separate fitting charge, no delivery fee and no VAT surprise at the end. What we quote is what you pay for the agreed scope.

What Will Drive Your Quote Up?

Every specification you add has a cost. Here's what moves the price above the starting figure — so you can make informed choices about where to spend and where to save.

  • +
Shaker or in-frame doorsA flat flush door costs less than a shaker profile door, and an in-frame door — where the door sits within the frame — is the most premium and most labour-intensive option.
  • +
Drawer boxesProperly built, soft-close drawer boxes add meaningful cost but make a significant difference to how the wardrobe feels in daily use. These are real drawers, not shelf panels with a face on.
  • +
Mirrored panelsMirrored door panels or inserts add to the material cost but work well in smaller rooms where reflected light makes a real difference to the feel of the space.
  • +
Internal LED lightingSensor-activated LED lights that turn on when you open the wardrobe doors. A small addition that makes a significant practical difference, particularly in darker rooms.
  • +
Premium paint or wood finishesA sprayed lacquer finish or solid timber veneer costs more than a standard painted finish but produces a noticeably superior result that holds up better over time.
  • +
Awkward spaces and eavesSloping ceilings, angled alcoves and chimney breasts take more time to measure, design and build around. The result is worth it — but the additional complexity is reflected in the price.

What Will Keep Your Quote Lower?

You don't have to specify everything to get a great wardrobe. Here's what keeps projects closer to the starting price without compromising on quality.

  • Flush doorsA clean, flat-panel door with no moulding is the most cost-effective door option. It looks sharp in contemporary rooms and is just as durable as any other style we make.
  • Unpainted or primed finishChoosing an unsprayed finish — either natural or primed — is the most affordable option. The joinery quality is identical. Many customers choose to paint it themselves at a later stage.
  • Standard interior configurationA hanging rail and fixed shelves is the simplest and most cost-effective interior layout. It works well for most people and can always be upgraded later if your needs change.
  • Straightforward room geometryA room with flat, level walls and a standard ceiling height takes less time to measure and build for than a room with angles, alcoves or irregular dimensions.
  • Standard hardwareA simple bar handle in a standard finish costs considerably less than a solid brass, hand-forged or premium knurled option — but both look perfectly considered in the right room.

What the Price Always Includes

Our guide prices are all-in. There's no list of extras to navigate, no surprise fitting charge, and no VAT added at the end. What we quote for the agreed scope is what you pay.

If you decide to add something during the project — an extra drawer box, a different handle, an additional bay — we'll discuss the cost of that change upfront before proceeding. Nothing changes without your agreement first.

Pricing FAQs

If your question isn't here, call Jack on +44 7429 372231 or email us.

Why can't I get an exact price without a home visit?

Because every bedroom is different. Wall widths, ceiling heights, floor levels, alcove depths, chimney breasts — these all affect what gets built and how much it costs. A home visit is the only way to measure properly and give you a real price rather than a rough guess that changes later.

Are the prices on this page the final price?

They're honest guide prices — starting points that reflect what most projects in each category actually cost. Your exact quote depends on size and specification, but these are the real numbers we work from. Once you have a written quote from us, that price is fixed for the agreed scope.

Do you charge for the home visit or design?

No. The home visit, design drawings and quote are all free. There's no obligation to proceed — it's just a chance for Jack to understand your space and for you to understand what's possible.

Can I see the finishes before I commit?

Yes. You can visit our design studio in Wakefield by appointment and see the actual door styles, paint finishes and hardware we work with before committing to anything. There's no substitute for seeing and touching the real materials.

Can I spread the cost?

Yes. Finance is available on all fitted bedroom projects. Spread the cost over flexible monthly terms, subject to lender's assessment and approval. See our finance page for details.
