What's the difference between TV Simplicity and a bespoke media wall?
TV Simplicity is a fixed-price cabinetry media wall range with standard sizes, six finishes and an instant online quote — no home visit needed to get your price. A bespoke media wall is designed entirely around your room, goes floor to ceiling if you want, and is quoted individually after a free home visit. Both are built in our Wakefield workshop to the same standard.
Why is TV Simplicity cheaper than a fully bespoke media wall?
Because it uses standard heights and fixed configurations — The Calder and The Ember — which means less design time and more efficient manufacture. The quality of materials and craftsmanship is identical. You're paying less because the design decisions have already been made.
What affects the cost of a bespoke fitted wardrobe?
The main factors are size, door style (sliding vs hinged, and the door design itself), interior configuration, and finish. A floor-to-ceiling wardrobe across a wide wall in a premium paint finish will cost more than a standard run in a simpler finish — but both will be built to the same quality standard.
Why do bespoke kitchens cost more than standard kitchens?
Handmade cabinetry built to your exact space, quality worktops, premium finishes and proper installation all have real costs. You're not buying boxes off a production line — you're buying something designed for your home and built to last decades. Our kitchens start at £15,000, with most projects between £25,000 and £55,000.
Are these prices fully inclusive?
Yes. Our prices include design, manufacture, installation and VAT. The contracted price covers the agreed scope — if you decide to add something during the project, we'll discuss the cost of that addition with you upfront before proceeding.
Can I spread the cost?
Yes — finance is available on all projects, including TV Simplicity. We work with trusted finance partners to offer flexible monthly payment options. Subject to lender's assessment and approval.
