Understand our pricing and costs
Transparent pricing with no hidden costs
Unlike mass-produced, store bought items, bespoke furniture and kitchens are not priced with a one-size-fits-all approach. Each project is entirely unique and has to be priced accordingly. Our pricing list provides transparency on how we calculate costs for your bespoke projects. Please note that the listed prices are starting points, and final quotes will be determined after the design stage, considering your project size and specifications. Adding extras to your design during the design process, can drive your quote up, but there are strategies to maintain costs as close to the starting price; to suit your budget.

The cost of bespoke furniture
The pricing listed below includes our design service, furniture or kitchen manufacturing, and installation. Most projects start at a minimum of £1500, with the exception of those that are part of larger projects. For more details, please refer to the list below.
Bespoke Wardrobes Cost
Our wardrobe collections are divided into different categories and named ranges, all of which will be outlined below, to ensure you can find a customisable wardrobe solution, to suit your budget.
Our bespoke wardrobes can be crafted to fit a room of any size or shape to maximise you're available space. Available in a vast range of styles and finishes, your wardrobes will be uniquely designed specifically to suit you.
Made to measure, fitted wardrobe starting prices
(Includes VAT which is charged at 20%, design, manufacture and installation of carcasses, fixtures, flush doors, a maximum of 4 shelves, a hanging rail and wardrobe end pieces.)
Two door wardrobe - £1950

The prices listed above are for wardrobes with internals selected from our 'Modern Range'. If you're wanting to select wardrobe internals from our 'Lavish Range', you can add approximately 20% on to the above prices.

Media Walls Costs
Our custom media walls are individually crafted around your TV, making the perfect feature wall for your living space.
Generally, there are four different types of media walls - exploring the differences between each may help you decide which is the best style for you and your home.
Imitation chimney breast
The smallest variation of media walls. A timber framed, false chimney breast is built to house your TV and/or fireplace and soundbar. Imitation chimney breast media walls have.a plastered finish.
Imitation chimney breast media walls; prices start from - £1700
Full plastered wall
Built onto and fixed across the entire length of your existing wall, these timber framed media walls also have a plastered finish. They also generally include alcoves on either side of the TV.

Furniture style
The most versatile style of media wall; furniture style media walls are built in our Yorkshire workshop as an individual piece of furniture, before being disassembled, transported to your home and then installed.
Furniture style media walls; prices start from - £3500
Combination
Combining a furniture unit with a plastered style media wall; combination media walls usually include cupboards for extra storage.
Combination media walls; prices start from - £3000
Our Media wall prices include your design, manufacture and installation of your media wall. They also include VAT and the cost of plastering (if you opt for a plastered finish) . Also included in the price, is a wall TV bracket to secure your TV to your new media wall, as well as the installation of your electric fire (if you have one). Not included in the price, is the supply of any electric fireplace, TV or Soundbar. Lighting can be added at an extra cost during the design stage.
Under Stair Storage Pricing
At JAX Bespoke, our under stair storage prices include the full rip out of your current under stair space; in addition to the design, manufacture and installation of your storage.
As standard, all drawers are fit with push to open drawer runners.
If you choose your internals from our Modern Range, then most under stair storage projects, with flush doors/drawer fronts; prices start from £3000
This price includes VAT
If you would like shaker style door/drawer fronts, then you can add approximately 15% onto the above price
Bespoke Home Office Pricing

Our expert team will help you declutter with clever cable management solutions, and enhance your efficiency with stylish integrated shelving and lighting.
Our range of desks and drawers begins at £1500, providing functional and stylish storage options.
For larger spaces requiring wall-to-wall bookcases, drawers, and integrated desks, prices start at £2800.
All prices listed include VAT, ensuring transparency and clarity in your investment.
Bespoke Alcove Unit Costs
Alcoves are the perfect fitted furniture, storage solution to add to your home and come in a wide range of designs & finishes.
With years of expertise in alcove furniture, we have perfected a seamless process from design to installation. The following applies to alcoves ranging from 80cm to 1100cm wide:
Starting at £1500 per alcove, our floating shelves with flush doors provide a sleek and modern storage option for your space.
Larger alcoves with shaker style cupboards, lighting and integrated TVs & Media start at £1800 per alcove.
Bespoke kitchen Pricing
Extras - Add ons to your bespoke projects
Elevate your furniture with personalised touches and extra features:
LED Lights: We provide and install lighting seamlessly integrated into the furniture, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Spotless lighting creates a seamless glow, controlled by remote or door sensors, starting at £30 per metre and generally adding 10% to the total price. Our LED lighting options offer versatility, from a soft, warm glow to vibrant color-changing displays perfect for any mood or occasion.
Another lighting option is spot lighting. The percentage that this option will add onto your overall quote depends on how many spot lights you desire.
Sprayed Finish: Our popular choice involves crafting furniture from high-density timber and paint-grade materials before applying a flawless, durable spray finish in a color of your choice. This finish adds approximately 25% to 30% to the base price, ensuring a polished look.
Mirrors & Glass: Consider adding glass and mirrors to enhance features or increase light reflection in the room, starting at £100 per square metre. Additional options like spot lighting can further customize your furniture, adding around 10% to your quote. Personalise your furniture with these extra features to create a unique and stylish statement in your home.
